This place blew my mind! The staff are phenomenally friendly and always eager to assist for families. Coupled with hot tub access and tea all day, it’s a cozy haven after a long day of skiing. The location provides easy access to slopes, enhancing the overall experience beautifully.

The atmosphere at Chilly Powder is wonderfully cozy, enhanced by the availability of tea and coffee all day. The hot tub adds to the relaxation, though the location requires a bit of travel to reach the lively center of Morzine.

We stayed in the Double Room, which is clean and cozy. The bedding was comfy, making it easy to relax at the end of the day. The decor had a nice alpine feel, really enhanced by the view from the window. Not much time to enjoy the facilities because we were out a lot. The only downside was the temperature—it got a bit too warm for my liking at times.

The staff here were incredibly supportive. especially accommodating my son's dietary requests. The food options were impressive, fresh and satisfying, making every meal a pleasure.
